Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage B2C sales of Glass Films/ Sun Control Films.
  2. Create awareness of the product among the end consumers by implementing marketing initiatives.
  3. Develop a network of channel partners in the market for speedy service to the consumer.
  4. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, market storming activities, etc.
  5. On-boarding and training of installers and track their performance month-on-month.
  6. Participate in company sponsored exhibitions, road shows, and other on-ground marketing activities.
  7. Ensure brand visibility in stores selling company products.
  8. Meet budgeted target for product placement and sales in the region.
  9. Develop long-term relationship with the distributors and sub-dealers.
  10. Work with influencers like interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders in the value chain to gain their acceptance of the product.
  11. Resolve problems and concerns of external stakeholders.
  12. Conduct competitor and market analysis within the industry in terms of market development, new products, competitive activity, new customers etc.
  13. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for achieving high level of customer satisfaction.


  • Qualification : Graduate & MBA
  • Industry : Glass/ Tiles/ Laminates & Veneers/ Gypsum Boards/ sanitaryware/ lighting
  • Experience : 2-7 years of experience in selling for retail segment, having managed dealers and contractors • Worked with architects/ interior designers and contractors/ installers/ fabricators
  • Category: Deputy Manager/ Manager
  • Skills : • Good communication & presentation skills • Proven sales performance • Value added products selling • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability build relationships with diverse customer segments.
